It helps me grow the channel!Quick Keto Bordelaise Sauce (no stock):<br /><br />Quick Keto Bordelaise Sauce (no stock):<br /><br />1/2 large Onion<br /><br />1 Carrot<br /><br />2-3 stalks Celery<br /><br />3/4 bottle Dry Pinot Noir<br /><br />2 tbsp Unsalted Butter<br /><br />Cut veg into large chunks and place in a high a large pan on a high heat. Once the veg starts to sizzle, pour 3/4 bottle of the red wine and reduce until the veg is cooked and the wine is nearly evaporated.<br /><br />At this point strain the mixture into a smaller pan using a large medium-fine sieve. Push cooked veg through the strainer as much as possible.<br /><br />What is left should be a thick sauce. Add the butter on a very low heat, take off as soon as it has melted. Careful not to overheat the sauce. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.<br /><br />Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon:<br /><br />1 lb Fresh caught Salmon / Sock-Eye<br /><br />1 tbsp - dry dill<br /><br />1 tbsp - dry garlic powder<br /><br />1 tbsp - sea salt<br /><br />1 tbsp - black pepper<br /><br />Start by soaking a cedar plank in water (10 minutes at least). Fully heat a grill such that you can hold a hand 1 inch above the surface for 1 second, no more, no less.<br /><br />Remove any pin bones in the salmon fillet. Cover the fillet with a light a coating of olive oil. Then rub the dry ingredients over the top. Place skin side down on the plank.<br /><br />Grill until flesh easily flakes apart.
